We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange it for another product or request a return for store credit.

Unused and unworn items are eligible for store credit if returned initiates within 30 days from purchase or delivery date. Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance if not promptly redeemed for a new item.

To be eligible for such store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All international orders, customized or altered products and sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.

Defects, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
