We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. No cash refunds.

Unused and Unworn items are eligible for store credit if returned initiates within 30 days from purchase or delivery date. Store Credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance if not promptly redeemed for a new item.

To be eligible for such store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International orders, customized Havaianas or altered clothing are not eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
