Samba Sun Beachwear LLC is a U.S.-registered company offering Brazilian bikinis, beachwear, resortwear, and accessories. We specialize in products handmade or sourced in Brazil and shipped from our headquarters in Florida.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases on our Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Products and Availability
All items listed on the Site are subject to availability. Many of our products are handmade or produced in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any items or discontinue products without notice.
Colors and patterns may vary slightly due to artisanal production or screen settings.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees unless specified. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but such changes will not apply to confirmed orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and to select countries. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders as advertised on the Site.
Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or customs (for international requests).
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
Due to hygiene standards, bikinis and swimwear bottoms that appear worn or returned without liners may be rejected.
